Return Policy

Customers are requested to follow the Return Policy of Sandro.B indicated below:

Term and Conditions of Return
The Customer has the right to return the product ordered within 14 days from the goods delivery.

The right of return is subject to the following conditions:
- In order for the request to be valid it must be filed within 14 days from the goods
   receipt. The reasons of return must be stated. Our customer care will respond to the
   request as soon as possible, sending a return confirmation e-mail and providing further
   indications on the return procedure. For any additional questions the Customer can

- The goods must be shipped within 3 days from the return confirmation e-mail.
- The goods to be returned must be absolutely unworn, in its original condition, tags and
   packaging included.
- If the original packaging was partially damaged, the goods must be packed in new safe
   and resistant box (or a bubble wrapped envelope if the item was originally packaged in
   that kind of envelope). The Costumer is invited to protect the goods with plastic cover
   before packaging them.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the Customer.
- All returns must be shipped from the same person and the same Country they were
   purchased from.
- The Customer can use any traceable shipping service. Sandro.B is not responsible for
   any theft or loss during transport, therefore The Costumer is invited to insure the
   shipping for the full value of the goods.
- Once the return has been shipped, the Customer needs to notify Sandro.B of the courier
   service, the tracking code and the shipping date.
- Once the package reaches the warehouse, the return will be processed within 3 business
- Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be issued and you will receive a
   confirmation e-mail.

Return from extra EU Countries
Sandro.B will provide specific and detailed instructions. If Sandro.B will be charged with Customs taxes and duties in order to receive the return, the value of taxes and duties will be deducted from the refund. Sandro.B will provide the Customer copy of the Customs receipt.


Return due to defect or non-conformity
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please indicate this clearly as the reason for returning the product in the Return form. You will be requested to load one or more images of the defect and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to return the product. In case of return due to defect or non-conformity, shipping costs are at Sandro.B's expenses.


Terms of refund
After receiving the returns, the return will be processed within 3 business days. Sandro.B will check the fulfilment of all requirements. Sandro.B will arrange the refund net of original shipping cost and, when they occur, Customs duties.

Once the correct execution of the term and conditions above mentioned is verified, the refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The effective refund on your credit/debit card depends on the credit/debit card, usually within 30 days. The effective refund on PayPal account will be immediately visible.

In case of incorrect return procedure or un authorized return, Sandro.B has the right to refuse the return. In this case, the return may be sent back to the sender. In case of acceptance of unauthorized or non-conforming return, Sandro.B has the right to deduct 10% of the value of the returned goods from the refund in addition to original shipping cost and, if they occur, Customs duties.
