How I can find the right size?
Items on the webiste are presented in US size system. You can find in the Size Guide section the international conversion charts to help you find your size.

You can also find the measurements of the garments and information on how to measure. In order to be sure about the size and the fit, we suggest to compare the measurements indicated with the ones of a similar garment in your wardrobe that fits you well. 

Do the prices on the website include VAT tax?
The final price of the product includes Italian VAT taxes 22% if the Customer lives in a State member of the European Union.

If you live outside the European Union and the order is shipped to an address outside of the European Union, you are entitled to VAT tax exemption.

I received the confirmation e-mail that the order has been shipped but I’m not able to track it
EMS shipping is usually traceable the business day after the shipment confirmation, this because of the updating schedule of EMS and National Post tracking systems.

EMS shipping are traceable on the webiste www.track-trace.com/post or on the National Post website of the destination Country. EMS shipments to United States are traceable on www.usps.com

Is the shipment insured?
Yes, shipments are fully insured (theft, damaging and loss).

Where do you ship my order from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Bologna, Italy. 

My order hasn’t been delivered yet, what should I do?
We monitor all orders and we promptly contact courier customer service in case of any shipping issue or delay. In case of missed delivery of an EMS shipping the parcel will be available for pick up at local post office indicated in the notice left.

Can I choose a delivery date or hour?
No, it’s not possible to choose a specific delivery date or hour.

I received the order but the item is too big, can I exchange it for a smaller one?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery. You can find detailed information in our return policy. If the smaller size of the item is available we will ship it after we receive the return and payment for the new shipping cost.

I received the order but something is wrong, how do I return it?
In case there is a defect or an imperfection in the items or an error in the order, please contact our customer service at info@sandro-b.com. You will receive specific instructions on how to return the item. All costs of the return are at Sandro.B's expenses.

Can I pay by American Express? 

Yes you can. In order to send payment through American Express select PayPal as payment method of your order, then select the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option, now American Express will be a credit card option.

Do you accept payment by bank transfer?
We accept bank transfer from European Union Countries.
